You've seen the logo — now meet the man behind it. The Hoagie Guy with the Tie is the heart and soul of The Hoagie House. Trained right here in Germantown, Philadelphia, he learned his craft the old-school way: fresh ingredients, real technique, and a deep respect for the neighborhood that raised him.
His mission is simple — bring the community together over food worth talking about. Every hoagie, panini, and wrap that comes out of this kitchen is made with the same care and pride he's carried since day one.
